NO STARS! I am utterly disappointed with my experience dealing with Miami Management Inc. Their level of incompetence, rude associates, and lack of communication have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. From the very beginning, I encountered issues with their customer service. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance, I was transferred from one department to another, with no resolution in sight. It felt like a never-ending loop of frustration, and I found myself unable to get the help I needed. One particular incident that stands out is when I attempted to confirm receipt of my payment. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, the associate I spoke to was dismissive and rude. She even had the audacity to suggest that dropping off payment at the office might still result in it being late and incurring fees. This response was not only unprofessional but also absurd. It's unacceptable to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially when seeking clarification on a basic matter like payment confirmation. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by MM is appalling. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which unfortunately was severely lacking in my interactions with them. At this point, I am actively seeking the corporate office information for Miami Management Inc. as I am determined to file a formal complaint against their abysmal service.
